sec.94 Costs of carrying out required consequential work
A public entity must bear the costs of complying with any consequential work requirement it makes. If the relevant distributor has complied with section 93 (1) , the distributor may recover from the entity as a debt the amount of the distributor’s reasonable costs of carrying out the work.
