sec.93 Compliance with consequential work requirement

A distributor of whom a consequential work requirement has been made must comply with the requirement to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that made the requirement. If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may carry out the relevant consequential work. In carrying out the work, the entity must comply with any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any relevant law. s 93 amd 2004 No. 25 s 975 (sec.93-ssec.1) A distributor of whom a consequential work requirement has been made must comply with the requirement to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that made the requirement. (sec.93-ssec.2) If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may carry out the relevant consequential work. (sec.93-ssec.3) In carrying out the work, the entity must comply with any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any relevant law.
