sec.88 Compliance with work direction
A distributor to whom a work direction has been given must comply with the direction to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that gave the direction. If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may carry out the relevant work. In carrying out the work, the entity must comply with any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any other relevant law. s 88 amd 2004 No. 25 s 974 (sec.88-ssec.1) A distributor to whom a work direction has been given must comply with the direction to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that gave the direction. (sec.88-ssec.2) If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may carry out the relevant work.
