sec.75 What is gas infrastructure and gas infrastructure work
Gas infrastructure is the whole or any part of— a distribution pipeline or system the subject of a distribution authority; or an LPG distribution pipeline; or an LPG distribution system. Gas infrastructure work is the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration or removal of gas infrastructure. For subsection (2) , installation includes installation by way of excavation. s 75 amd 2006 No. 60 s 82 (sec.75-ssec.1) Gas infrastructure is the whole or any part of— a distribution pipeline or system the subject of a distribution authority; or an LPG distribution pipeline; or an LPG distribution system. (sec.75-ssec.2) Gas infrastructure work is the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration or removal of gas infrastructure. (sec.75-ssec.3) For subsection (2) , installation includes installation by way of excavation.
