sec.68 Applying for transfer
A distributor may apply to the regulator to transfer the distributor’s authority. The application must be— in the approved form; and made by the distributor and the proposed transferee; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. (sec.68-ssec.1) A distributor may apply to the regulator to transfer the distributor’s authority.
