sec.64 Applying for renewal
This section applies to a distribution authority that is issued for a term. The distributor may apply to the regulator to renew the authority for a stated term or to renew it without a term. An application under this section— must be made in the approved form and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation; and can not be made if the authority has ended. s 64 amd 2005 No. 51 s 25 (sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies to a distribution authority that is issued for a term. (sec.64-ssec.2) The distributor may apply to the regulator to renew the authority for a stated term or to renew it without a term.
