sec.62 Decision on proposed action
If, after complying with section 61 , the regulator still believes a ground exists to take the proposed action, the regulator may decide to— if the proposed action was to amend—make the amendment; or if the proposed action was to suspend for a stated period—suspend for no longer than the proposed suspension period; or if the proposed action was to cancel— cancel the distribution authority; or suspend it for a stated period.
