sec.55 Applying for amendment
A distributor may, in the approved form, apply to the regulator to amend its authority in a stated way, other than to amend a condition imposed under division 2 . The application must be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. Subsection (1) does not limit section 69 (3) . s 55 amd 2005 No. 51 s 24 (sec.55-ssec.1) A distributor may, in the approved form, apply to the regulator to amend its authority in a stated way, other than to amend a condition imposed under division 2 .
