sec.53 Amendments for which proposed action notice is required
The regulator may amend a distribution authority if— the regulator considers the amendment necessary or desirable; and the procedure under subdivision 5 is followed.
- (a) the regulator considers the amendment necessary or desirable; and
- (b) the procedure under subdivision 5 is followed.
