sec.41 Ring fencing requirement
A distributor must not sell a covered gas transported through a pipeline if the distributor provides customer connection services for the covered gas transported through a covered pipeline. See also sections 27 and 57 . s 41 amd 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1
