sec.40 General conditions
A distributor must— take appropriate account of the environmental effects of activities carried out under the distributor’s distribution authority; and pay amounts required to be paid under the authority or this Act; and in carrying out activities under the authority, comply with this Act, the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and all other relevant laws; and in carrying out gas infrastructure work, comply with part 2 . s 40 amd 2004 No. 25 s 970

- (c) in carrying out activities under the authority, comply with this Act, the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and all other relevant laws; and
- (d) in carrying out gas infrastructure work, comply with part 2 .
