sec.39 Operation of div 2
This division imposes conditions on each distribution authority that apply as well as any conditions stated in the authority. If an imposed condition conflicts with a condition stated in the authority, the imposed condition prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. As well as imposing a condition, section 43 also imposes a penalty. (sec.39-ssec.1) This division imposes conditions on each distribution authority that apply as well as any conditions stated in the authority.
