sec.36 Lapsing of application if conditions not accepted
The regulator is taken to have decided to refuse the application if— the regulator has given the applicant a decision notice; and the applicant has not given the regulator an acceptance notice within the period stated in the notice, or if the regulator has extended the period for giving an acceptance notice, the extended period.
- (a) the regulator has given the applicant a decision notice; and
- (b) the applicant has not given the regulator an acceptance notice within the period stated in the notice, or if the regulator has extended the period for giving an acceptance notice, the extended period.
