sec.35 Notice of decision to grant application

If the regulator decides to grant the application, the regulator must, as soon as practicable, give the applicant notice ( decision notice ) stating each of the following— the decision; the conditions the regulator has decided to impose on the authority; any other matter relevant to the grant of the authority; a period after the giving of the decision notice for the applicant to give the regulator notice ( acceptance notice ) that the applicant agrees to the conditions, or the conditions with changes to which the regulator has agreed; the application will be taken to have lapsed unless the applicant gives acceptance notice within the period or later period as extended by the regulator. The stated period must end at least 20 business days after the applicant is given the decision notice. The regulator may, by notice to the applicant given before the stated period ends, extend the period for giving an acceptance notice.
