sec.344 Insufficiency of supply declarations
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an insufficiency of supply declaration under former section 251 was in effect. On the commencement, former chapter 4 , part 5 , division 1 continues to apply in relation to the supply declaration. s 344 ins 2023 No. 25 s 10 (sec.344-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an insufficiency of supply declaration under former section 251 was in effect. (sec.344-ssec.2) On the commencement, former chapter 4 , part 5 , division 1 continues to apply in relation to the supply declaration.
