sec.343 Existing distribution authorities
This section applies to a distribution authority that was in effect immediately before the commencement. Despite new section 21 , on the commencement, the distribution authority does not authorise its holder to transport, or provide customer connection services relating to, a covered gas that is hydrogen or a gas blend. However, subsection (2) does not apply to the extent the distribution authority is amended under chapter 2 , part 1 , division 3 so it applies in relation to a covered gas that is hydrogen or a gas blend. s 343 ins 2023 No. 25 s 10 (sec.343-ssec.1) This section applies to a distribution authority that was in effect immediately before the commencement.
