sec.341 Regulator may continue to impose civil penalties
This section applies if, before the commencement— a matter mentioned in section 270ZK, as in force immediately before the commencement, was referred to the regulator; and the regulator has not yet exercised a power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter. The regulator may exercise the power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter. s 341 ins 2014 No. 48 s 175 (sec.341-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a matter mentioned in section 270ZK, as in force immediately before the commencement, was referred to the regulator; and the regulator has not yet exercised a power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter. (sec.341-ssec.2) The regulator may exercise the power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter.
