sec.339 Existing retail authorities
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was the holder of a retail authority. The retail authority ceases to have effect. The retail sale of processed natural gas is regulated under the NERL (Qld) from the commencement. s 339 prev s 339 om 2006 No. 60 s 167 pres s 339 ins 2014 No. 48 s 175 (sec.339-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was the holder of a retail authority.
