sec.338 Undecided retail authority applications
This section applies if, before the commencement, a person applied to the regulator for a retail authority but the application had not been decided. The application lapses. The person may be able to apply for a retailer authorisation under the NERL (Qld). s 338 prev s 338 om 2006 No. 60 s 167 pres s 338 ins 2014 No. 48 s 175 (sec.338-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a person applied to the regulator for a retail authority but the application had not been decided.
