sec.337 Unfinished customer connection services
This section applies if— before the commencement, a customer and a distributor have entered into a connection contract under section 106; and at the commencement, the customer’s premises are not physically connected to the distributor’s distribution system. Section 108 as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to the construction of the connection under the connection contract. s 337 prev s 337 om 2006 No. 60 s 167 pres s 337 ins 2014 No. 48 s 175 (sec.337-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a customer and a distributor have entered into a connection contract under section 106; and at the commencement, the customer’s premises are not physically connected to the distributor’s distribution system. (sec.337-ssec.2) Section 108 as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to the construction of the connection under the connection contract.
