sec.336 Continuation of cancellation or suspension of distribution authorities

This section applies if, before the commencement— an event mentioned in section 57(2) has happened; and the regulator had commenced procedures under section 58 or chapter 2, part 1, division 3, subdivision 5 in relation to the event for cancellation or suspension of a distribution authority. This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply for the cancellation or suspension of the distribution authority. s 336 prev s 336 om 2006 No. 60 s 167 pres s 336 ins 2014 No. 48 s 175 (sec.336-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— an event mentioned in section 57(2) has happened; and the regulator had commenced procedures under section 58 or chapter 2, part 1, division 3, subdivision 5 in relation to the event for cancellation or suspension of a distribution authority. (sec.336-ssec.2) This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply for the cancellation or suspension of the distribution authority.

• (a) an event mentioned in section 57(2) has happened; and
• (b) the regulator had commenced procedures under section 58 or chapter 2, part 1, division 3, subdivision 5 in relation to the event for cancellation or suspension of a distribution authority.
