sec.334 Continued protection from civil liability for particular persons
This section applies to each of the following persons (a relevant person )— the GRMO; a director or other officer of the GRMO acting within the scope of the person’s directorship or other office with the GRMO; an employee of the GRMO acting within the course of the employee’s employment with the GRMO. Section 315(2) to (4) continues to apply to a relevant person. In this section— GRMO means a body corporate— appointed by the Minister under section 257A, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, to be the gas retail market operator; and in existence as the operator immediately before the commencement of this section. s 334 prev s 334 om 2006 No. 60 s 167 pres s 334 ins 2009 No. 16 s 51 (sec.334-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following persons (a relevant person )— the GRMO; a director or other officer of the GRMO acting within the scope of the person’s directorship or other office with the GRMO; an employee of the GRMO acting within the course of the employee’s employment with the GRMO. (sec.334-ssec.2) Section 315(2) to (4) continues to apply to a relevant person. (sec.334-ssec.3) In this section— GRMO means a body corporate— appointed by the Minister under section 257A, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, to be the gas retail market operator; and in existence as the operator immediately before the commencement of this section.
- (a) the GRMO;
- (b) a director or other officer of the GRMO acting within the scope of the person’s directorship or other office with the GRMO;
- (c) an employee of the GRMO acting within the course of the employee’s employment with the GRMO.
- (a) appointed by the Minister under section 257A, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, to be the gas retail market operator; and
- (b) in existence as the operator immediately before the commencement of this section.
