sec.316A Protection from liability of member or employee of QCA
A member or employee of QCA is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, in good faith under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member or employee, the liability attaches instead to QCA. s 316A ins 2006 No. 60 s 164 (sec.316A-ssec.1) A member or employee of QCA is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, in good faith under this Act.
