sec.313 Power to refund application fee on withdrawal
If an application under this Act is withdrawn, the person who must decide the application may refund the whole or part of any fee paid for the application. In deciding whether to refund, the person must have regard to— when the application was made; and when it was withdrawn; and the extent to which the application was decided before the withdrawal. (sec.313-ssec.1) If an application under this Act is withdrawn, the person who must decide the application may refund the whole or part of any fee paid for the application.
