sec.311 Substantial compliance with application requirements may be accepted
If— a person has made, or purported to make, an application under this Act; and the requirements under this Act for making the application have not been complied with; and the person who must decide the application is reasonably satisfied the information provided in or with the application is enough to allow the person to decide the application in the way required under this Act; the person may decide to allow the application to proceed as if it did comply with the requirements.
- (a) a person has made, or purported to make, an application under this Act; and
- (b) the requirements under this Act for making the application have not been complied with; and
- (c) the person who must decide the application is reasonably satisfied the information provided in or with the application is enough to allow the person to decide the application in the way required under this Act;
