sec.307A Evidentiary effect of code contravention notice
A document purporting to be a certified copy of a code contravention notice is evidence— that the notice was a code contravention notice given under chapter 5A , part 5 , division 1 ; and of the contravention or other matters stated in it; and that the notice has been given to the distributor stated in the notice. In this section— certified copy means a copy with a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of QCA stating the copy is a true copy of the document it purports to be. s 307A ins 2006 No. 60 s 160 amd 2014 No. 48 s 170 (sec.307A-ssec.1) A document purporting to be a certified copy of a code contravention notice is evidence— that the notice was a code contravention notice given under chapter 5A , part 5 , division 1 ; and of the contravention or other matters stated in it; and that the notice has been given to the distributor stated in the notice. (sec.307A-ssec.2) In this section— certified copy means a copy with a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of QCA stating the copy is a true copy of the document it purports to be.
- (a) that the notice was a code contravention notice given under chapter 5A , part 5 , division 1 ; and
- (b) of the contravention or other matters stated in it; and
- (c) that the notice has been given to the distributor stated in the notice.
