sec.307 Other evidentiary aids

A certificate purporting to be signed by the regulator stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a stated document is a thing as follows given, issued, kept or made under this Act— an appointment, approval or decision; a declaration, direction, notice or requirement; a distribution authority; the register of authorities; another record; a stated document is another document kept under this Act; a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; that, on a stated day— a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; on a stated day, or during a stated period, a distribution authority— was, or was not, in force; or was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or was, or was not, cancelled; a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid. s 307 amd 2006 No. 60 s 58 sch ; 2014 No. 48 s 169

• (d) that, on a stated day— (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
• (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or
• (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
• (e) on a stated day, or during a stated period, a distribution authority— (i) was, or was not, in force; or (ii) was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or (iii) was, or was not, cancelled;
• (i) was, or was not, in force; or
• (ii) was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or
• (iii) was, or was not, cancelled;
• (f) a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid.
