sec.303 Recovery of unlawful profits
If a court convicts a distributor for an offence against this Act, the court or another court of competent jurisdiction, may order the distributor to pay the State the amount of any profits the distributor made because of the commission of the offence. s 303 amd 2014 No. 48 s 168
