sec.299B Avoidance of multiple penalties
If— a civil penalty proceeding under section 299A is taken; and conduct, or substantially the same conduct, the subject of the civil penalty proceeding constitutes a contravention of 2 or more distribution network code provisions; a civil penalty must not be imposed or ordered in the civil penalty proceeding more than once for that conduct. s 299B ins 2006 No. 60 s 157 amd 2014 No. 48 s 183 sch 1
- (a) a civil penalty proceeding under section 299A is taken; and
- (b) conduct, or substantially the same conduct, the subject of the civil penalty proceeding constitutes a contravention of 2 or more distribution network code provisions;
