sec.298 Proceeding may be for a period
If the day or days on which a person is alleged to have been unlawfully taking a covered gas or LPG can not be established, the person may— be charged with 1 offence of unlawfully taking the covered gas or LPG over, or at some unknown time during, a stated period; and be convicted and punished accordingly. s 298 amd 2006 No. 60 s 155 ; 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1
- (a) be charged with 1 offence of unlawfully taking the covered gas or LPG over, or at some unknown time during, a stated period; and
- (b) be convicted and punished accordingly.
