sec.295 Evidence of tampering with gas infrastructure
If— on, or in association with, a customer’s covered gas or LPG installation there exists a way to change or tamper with a distributor’s or LPG distributor’s gas infrastructure; and the gas infrastructure is in the control or custody of the customer; and there is a change to or tampering with the gas infrastructure; evidence of the existence of the way is evidence that the change or tampering has been caused by the customer. - (a) on, or in association with, a customer’s covered gas or LPG installation there exists a way to change or tamper with a distributor’s or LPG distributor’s gas infrastructure; and
- (b) the gas infrastructure is in the control or custody of the customer; and
- (c) there is a change to or tampering with the gas infrastructure;
