sec.28 Requirements for application
The application must— describe the distribution area for the distribution authority; and state the type of covered gas for the distribution authority; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 28 amd 2005 No. 51 s 15 ; 2006 No. 60 s 76 ; 2014 No. 48 s 117 ; 2023 No. 25 s 8
- (a) describe the distribution area for the distribution authority; and
