sec.271AE Considering submissions on warning notice

The regulator must consider any written submission made under section 271AD (1) (d) by the retailer within the warning period stated in the warning notice. If the regulator at any time decides not to give the proposed contravention notice, it must, as soon as practicable, give the distributor or retailer notice of the decision. s 271AE ins 2014 No. 48 s 164 (sec.271AE-ssec.1) The regulator must consider any written submission made under section 271AD (1) (d) by the retailer within the warning period stated in the warning notice.
