sec.270ZM Information notice about and taking effect of decision
If the regulator decides to impose the civil penalty, the regulator must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the distributor a QCAT information notice about the decision. The decision takes effect on the later of the following days— the day the QCAT information notice is given; a later day of effect stated in the notice. s 270ZM ins 2006 No. 60 s 146 amd 2009 No. 24 s 571 ; 2014 No. 48 s 163 (sec.270ZM-ssec.1) If the regulator decides to impose the civil penalty, the regulator must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the distributor a QCAT information notice about the decision. (sec.270ZM-ssec.2) The decision takes effect on the later of the following days— the day the QCAT information notice is given; a later day of effect stated in the notice.
