sec.270ZF Protection of confidential information given for investigation
This section applies if— QCA is conducting an investigation to find out whether a distributor is complying with a distribution network code; and the distributor gives QCA information for the purpose of the investigation, whether or not the giving of the information was required under section 270ZE . The QCA Act, section 187 applies as if the information had been made available for an investigation under that Act. In this section— information includes a document. s 270ZF ins 2006 No. 60 s 145 amd 2014 No. 48 s 183 sch 1 (sec.270ZF-ssec.1) This section applies if— QCA is conducting an investigation to find out whether a distributor is complying with a distribution network code; and the distributor gives QCA information for the purpose of the investigation, whether or not the giving of the information was required under section 270ZE . (sec.270ZF-ssec.2) The QCA Act, section 187 applies as if the information had been made available for an investigation under that Act. (sec.270ZF-ssec.3) In this section— information includes a document.
