sec.270V Duration of code contravention notice
The code contravention notice— comes into effect— when it is made; or if it states a later time—at the later time; and ends— on the day stated in the notice; or if it is cancelled before that day—when it is cancelled. s 270V ins 2006 No. 60 s 145
- (a) comes into effect— (i) when it is made; or (ii) if it states a later time—at the later time; and
- (i) when it is made; or
