sec.270OB Application of pt 2 other than its consultation provision
The provisions of part 2 , other than section 270G , apply to the amendment— as if a reference in the provisions to making the code were a reference to the making of the amendment; and as if a reference in the provisions to the code were a reference to the amendment. s 270OB ins 2006 No. 60 s 145 (amd 2007 No. 17 s 48 (2) )
- (a) as if a reference in the provisions to making the code were a reference to the making of the amendment; and
