sec.257 Direction overrides contracts
If there is an inconsistency between an insufficiency of supply direction and a contract as follows, the direction prevails to the extent of the inconsistency— a connection contract; another contract relating to the production, transport or sale of the covered gas. s 257 amd 2006 No. 60 s 139 ; 2014 No. 48 s 149 ; 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1
