sec.253 Duration of declaration
If an insufficiency of supply declaration was not made by gazette notice, it expires on the third day after its making. If an insufficiency of supply declaration is not tabled in the Legislative Assembly before the end of the next sitting day after its making, it expires at the end of that day. Otherwise, an insufficiency of supply declaration continues in force until— any time provided in the declaration for its expiry; or it is repealed. (sec.253-ssec.1) If an insufficiency of supply declaration was not made by gazette notice, it expires on the third day after its making. (sec.253-ssec.2) If an insufficiency of supply declaration is not tabled in the Legislative Assembly before the end of the next sitting day after its making, it expires at the end of that day. (sec.253-ssec.3) Otherwise, an insufficiency of supply declaration continues in force until— any time provided in the declaration for its expiry; or it is repealed.

- (b) it is repealed.
