sec.246 Failure to comply with information requirement
An industry participant of whom a requirement under section 245 has been made must comply with the requirement unless the participant has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse not to give the information if giving it might tend to incriminate the industry participant.
