sec.227D Notice of pricing investigation or amended term of reference or direction
QCA must publish a notice of the following on its website and in a Statewide newspaper— the pricing investigation; if a term of reference or direction relating to the pricing investigation is amended—the amended term of reference or direction. s 227D ins 2006 No. 60 s 121
- (a) the pricing investigation;
- (b) if a term of reference or direction relating to the pricing investigation is amended—the amended term of reference or direction.
