sec.227C Terms of reference
The direction may do all or any of the following— state the terms of reference of the pricing investigation; require QCA to, during the pricing investigation, make a draft report publicly available or available to a stated entity; require QCA to, in conducting the pricing investigation— consider stated matters; and have stated objectives; give QCA other directions the Minister considers appropriate. s 227C ins 2006 No. 60 s 121
- (a) state the terms of reference of the pricing investigation;
