sec.227B Period for giving report
QCA must give the Minister the report within— the period stated in the direction; or if no period is stated in the direction—6 months after it receives the direction. s 227B ins 2006 No. 60 s 121
- (a) the period stated in the direction; or
- (b) if no period is stated in the direction—6 months after it receives the direction.
