sec.227A Direction by Minister to investigate effectiveness of retail competition
The Minister may, by gazette notice, give QCA a written direction to— investigate (the pricing investigation ) the effectiveness of retail competition in the Queensland retail gas market; and give the Minister a report on the pricing investigation within a stated period. QCA must comply with the direction. QCA must publish the direction on its website. s 227A ins 2006 No. 60 s 121 (sec.227A-ssec.1) The Minister may, by gazette notice, give QCA a written direction to— investigate (the pricing investigation ) the effectiveness of retail competition in the Queensland retail gas market; and give the Minister a report on the pricing investigation within a stated period. (sec.227A-ssec.2) QCA must comply with the direction. (sec.227A-ssec.3) QCA must publish the direction on its website.
