sec.21 What are a distribution authority and distribution area
A distribution authority authorises its holder to— transport a covered gas through a distribution pipeline or system within a stated area ( distribution area ); and provide customer connection services for the covered gas to premises in the area. s 21 amd 2006 No. 60 s 71 sub 2014 No. 48 s 114 amd 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1
