sec.141 Power to enter common property unaffected
The powers under this division are in addition to and do not limit a distribution officer’s power, under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 , section 263 , to enter common property. However, if the entry is also authorised under this division, section 145 applies to the entry.
