sec.134 Distribution officers are public officials for particular functions
A distribution officer is declared to be a public official for the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 if the officer is, or is proposing to, perform a function mentioned in section 133 (c) or (d) . See the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , chapter 1 , part 3 , division 2 .
