sec.112 Applying to change connection
The person may apply to the distributor to change the connection of an installation for a covered gas at the premises to the distributor’s distribution system. The distributor must, subject to section 109 , make the change within a reasonable period and on fair and reasonable terms. s 112 amd 2006 No. 60 s 95 ; 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1 (sec.112-ssec.1) The person may apply to the distributor to change the connection of an installation for a covered gas at the premises to the distributor’s distribution system.
