sec.103 Who may apply for customer connection services
Each person as follows may apply to a distributor for the provision of customer connection services for a covered gas to premises within the distributor’s distribution area— a person who owns or occupies the premises; a retailer, for a customer or proposed customer of the retailer. The application must be made in the way and give the information reasonably required by the distributor. s 103 amd 2023 No. 25 s 31 sch 1 (sec.103-ssec.1) Each person as follows may apply to a distributor for the provision of customer connection services for a covered gas to premises within the distributor’s distribution area— a person who owns or occupies the premises; a retailer, for a customer or proposed customer of the retailer. (sec.103-ssec.2) The application must be made in the way and give the information reasonably required by the distributor.
