sec.101 Compensation
This section applies if a person (the claimant ) suffers a cost, damage or loss because of the exercise, or purported exercise, of a power under this part by a distributor. Compensation for the cost, damage or loss is payable by the distributor to the claimant. The compensation may be claimed and ordered in a proceeding brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. (sec.101-ssec.1) This section applies if a person (the claimant ) suffers a cost, damage or loss because of the exercise, or purported exercise, of a power under this part by a distributor. (sec.101-ssec.2) Compensation for the cost, damage or loss is payable by the distributor to the claimant. (sec.101-ssec.3) The compensation may be claimed and ordered in a proceeding brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
